Enter your licence number (this is the number that appears through the window on the front of your licence - NOT the number on the renewal slip).
Enter your email address (as it appears on your member record - check previous emails from the BJC if in doubt)
Press the 'Send me the reset password instructions'
You will shortly (within a minute or two) receive an email with a link to create a new password.
