This system is designed to be as easy to use as possible. However, there are always questions to be asked and the 'Help' pages are designed to answer them. They will get added to over time so that more detailed and better answers are available as the BJC HQ become aware of the help that is needed to use this system effectively.
Firstly, to find help, always look in the top right hand corner where you will find:
This is your 'help' button and whichever page you are on, it will take you to the relevant section for that page. i.e., if you need help on running a Grading, the help button on the grading page will provide it. Please note, if you don't have a 'grading' section in your menu, that is because you have not been granted access to that level. Only Head Coaches, ATO's, the Events Committee and BJC HQ can access that level.
Please be aware that the British Judo Council is registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Act 1998 and that all data is safely hosted upon secure servers using SSL certificated website. We take data security seriously and expect that everyone who has access to the database is cognisant of the importance of maintaining data security and will not allow unauthorised access to the database (where this is defined as anyone who has not been granted access by BJC HQ). Your secure logon to the database is for YOUR use alone and you must NOT share your access details with anyone under any circumstance. Abuse of this system and the privileges contained therein may result in the removal of access at the sole discretion of the BJC HQ and HQC.
